Data Deletion Instructions

Requesting Account Deletion
Company Operations System (COS) allows users to request deletion of their account and associated data.
To request deletion:
Email: info@shreejitech.com
Subject: Account Deletion Request
Include:
- Full Name
- Registered Email Address
- Organization Name (if applicable)
Revoking Google Access
Users may revoke Google access at any time by visiting:
https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
Locate:
"Company Operations System (COS)"
and select:
"Remove Access"
Data That Will Be Deleted
Upon verification and approval of a deletion request, we will delete:
- User profile information
- Authentication records
- Calendar synchronization data
- Google Drive synchronization data
- Google People synchronization data
- Organization memberships (where permitted)
- Activity records associated with the account
- Application-generated content owned by the user
Data That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained when required for:
- Legal obligations
- Regulatory compliance
- Security investigations
- Audit requirements
- Financial record retention
Processing Time
Deletion requests are generally processed within 30 days of verification.
