1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Company Operations System ("COS"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the service.

2. Services

COS provides enterprise software services including:

  • Operations Management
  • Workflow Automation
  • Project Management
  • Scheduling and Calendar Management
  • Document Management
  • Team Collaboration
  • Communication Tools
  • Reporting and Analytics

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining account security
  • Protecting credentials
  • Ensuring information accuracy
  • Activities performed under their account

Users must immediately report unauthorized account access.

4. Google Services Integration

COS may integrate with:

  • Google Sign-In
  • Google Calendar API
  • Google Drive API
  • Google People API

Users explicitly authorize these integrations through Google's OAuth consent process.

Users may revoke access at any time through their Google Account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

Users shall not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Circumvent security controls
  • Upload malicious software
  • Interfere with system operations
  • Violate applicable laws
  • Abuse platform resources

6. Data Ownership

Users retain ownership of their data.

COS receives limited rights necessary to provide requested services and platform functionality.

7. Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Maintenance, upgrades, security events, or technical issues may result in temporary interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, documentation, and platform content remain the property of Shreeji I-Tech unless otherwise stated.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shreeji I-Tech and COS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the platform.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Present security risks
  • Engage in unlawful activities
  • Abuse platform services

11. Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of their account and associated data.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms periodically.

Continued use of COS after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable within India.
